Karg.am is an Armenian business information portal aggregating data about legal entities from open governmental sources.
Karg.am does not collect, store, or process personal data of website visitors. No registration is required.
2. Sources of Company Data
All company information is obtained exclusively from open public sources:
- e-register.moj.am โ Unified State Registry of Legal Entities of RA (Ministry of Justice)
- src.am โ State Revenue Committee of RA: VAT status, taxation regime
- datalex.am โ Court information system of RA
- spyur.am โ Open Armenian business directory: contact details
- SRC of RA โ Official list of 1,000 largest taxpayers of Armenia
3. Published Data
The site publishes only publicly available data about legal entities under Armenian law:
- Full company name and legal form
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN / HSHN)
- Legal address
- Date and number of state registration
- Operational status (active / liquidated)
- VAT status and taxation regime
- Number of court cases (without case materials)
- Contact information (if available in open sources)
The site does not publish passport data, personal TINs of individuals, income information, or other protected personal data.
4. Visitor Data
Karg.am does not use tracking cookies.
- Browser localStorage โ stores only the selected language (ru / hy / en). Never sent to the server.
- Server logs โ technical logs (IP, request time) retained for no more than 30 days, used for security purposes only.
5. Data Security
- All connections secured with HTTPS / TLS
- Database accessible only from the application server
- API protected by token authentication and rate limiting
- Security headers:
X-Frame-Options, Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options
- Protection against automated scrapers and malicious bots
- Traffic routed through Cloudflare network (DDoS protection)
6. Data Subject Rights
All data is sourced from official state registries. To modify or delete company information, contact the relevant authority directly:

- Tax status changes โ src.am (SRC of RA)
